What Causes Sharp Pain Between Under Arm And Breast?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...i have a sharp pain in between the underarm and left breast area. It is very painful to cough. I just got over a viral infection but, it seems to be getting worse. It is a dull constant ache and gets worse in certain movements. No discoloration in the area.
