What Causes Sharp Pain From Left Eye To Head?

I had a bad fall about 3 years ago and hit the left side of my head hard, I didn't think anything about it then but for the past 3 weeks I have been having sharp pains going from the left eye to my head and I black out for a few seconds what do I need to do? Thanks
