What Causes Sharp Pain In Abdomen Along With Loose Stools And Nausea?

I am having pain on my right side of my stomach an seems to be moving toward the middle of my stomach along with that I have lose stools, nausua vomiting cannot hold anything down' I also noticed that a sharp pain comes an goes an tha pain is about a 5 an when the pain comes an goes i start vomiting. Do I need to head to the emergency room asap.
