What Causes Sharp Pain In Abdomen Post Medical Abortion?

Hi, a week ago i had a missed miscarriage and did a d&c. The bleeding lasted app. 4 days but i now have pain that is sometimes sharp and uncomfortable. What could be the cause of this? I also noticed that i continue to have very small nosebleeds, shouldn t that have stopped by now?
