What Causes Sharp Pain In Abdomen When I Lay On Left Side?

Open ASD and it has been okay for years, very small. But with exercise I am finding it harder to breathe running the same route I have for months. I also get sharp pains whenI lay on my left side. Sometimes I ddon t feel the pains in my chest but more in my stomach. Could this be cause by my ASD?
