What Causes Sharp Pain In Between The Shoulders Along With Blood In Urine?

I wat at the er today. The doc insisted I give a urine sample before being released as they had not been able to find anything out. I went in for a sharp pain between my shoulder blades. Any I cannot urinate unless necessary and they had to take the sample themselves. Now I bleed every time I urinate. More now than when I first came home. Is this normal?
