What Causes Sharp Pain In Breast Above The Areola?

Today I felt a sharp pain on the left side of breast, more than once, only when I am moving around The pain is just a little above my nipple. The pain just came again while am sitting, giving me something to think what is going on with my health. I do have my bra on and I don t think it my heart. The pain is just on the top skin level. Could this possible me the beginning of a bump.
