What Causes Sharp Pain In Chest Along With Light Headedness?

Last night about 3 hours after dinner I had burning pain in my chest...I am 51 and have no history of heartburn. I had steak and macaroni and cheese for dinner I have hx of svt corrected by an ablation 20 years ago with no recent symptoms from that. Today I still have a burning and tightness with some sharp pains in my chest, when I drink it feels like there is a blockage when' I swallow. I lifted some clothes and had some mild chest pain, I have had some lightheadedness and when I took a shower and the water hit my back my neck and back felt numb....
