What Causes Sharp Pain In Chest Along With Stiffness In Jaw Bone?

I have had a sharp pain in the middle of my chest for the past hour and I have had tightness and popping on the left side of my jaw for over a week now. I take narco, lyrica, cymbalta , and alprazolam for back pain. I have had 2 back surgeries, the last one was this past June and I am a 39 year old woman. Should I be concerned about my heart and does it sound like I may have some kind of a heart disease?
