What Causes Sharp Pain In Chest Post Atrial Septal Defect Repair Surgery

Hi I am 33 years old I had ASD repair to my heart 4months ago. The last few days I've been having sharp pains in my heart it only lasts a few seconds but its very uncomfortable. I'm having issues with my insurance company so I'm unable to ask my doctor. Should I be concerned?
