What Causes Sharp Pain In Chest While Eating Or Drinking?

I swallowed pills about 3 nights ago but I didn t drink enough water. I thought the pills would eventually go down, but when I woke up the next morning. I felt like the pills where stuck in my throat. For the remainder of that morning, I was gulping water trying to flush the pills down, well at least it felt like the pills were still there. By the afternoon I was feeling a pressure in my chest in between my breast. I kept burping uncontrollably and every burp that came up felt like I was having a heart attack. Now the burping has stopped but every time I eat or drink I feel a sharp pain in my In my chest just like before. I thought this would have gone away by now, I m scared. I ve been taking pepcid ac and that s not working either.
