What Causes Sharp Pain In Collar Bone Along With Small Lumps?

I have a very sharp pain when I press a certain spot about 2 inches below my left collar bone also about 2 inches from center. Have had hip/ pelvic area pain also for a few weeks. Pain is all on left side. I fell on my right knee about 10 days before hip pain started and about 3 weeks later collarbone stuff started. Also have little red ant bite-looking bumps appearing everywhere that don t itch. I get remicade infusions every 8 weeks and have recently had to suddenly stop methotrexate doses. For insurance reasons. Are they all related? Please help if you can & thanks in advance :))
