What Causes Sharp Pain In Ear Radiating To Throat And Head?

Yesterday I had a sharp stabbing pain in my (R) ear which spred to my (R) tthroat, eye and head. Pain was so intense, cried all day, did not know what was happening. Because I had TIAs I thought I was having a stroke. Last night I cried myself to sleep, because the pain was so bad, I not only cried, but screamed, hope neighbors did not hear my screaming. Today, the pain is mainly in the (R) side of my throat and head. HELP!!!!
