What Causes Sharp Pain In Ear With Soreness In Eyes?

Hi doctor.I have had a numb and tingly left in my face now for bout three months.Most days i have weird feelings in my ear to,it feels like something is crawling inside,and now and again a sharp pain.My left eye also gets sore and seems tired and dry.Can you assist me.
