What Causes Sharp Pain In Hand?

I had blood drawn February 16th. 2015. The initial stick was painless, however when the technician instructed me to opened my fist near the conclusion of the draw I got a huge electrical shock type pain in that hand. Since then I can t extend the arm or reach out all the way without a shock like pain in my hand. What happened & what to do?
