What Causes Sharp Pain In Heart Along With Sweating In An Heart Patient?

My dad had a five way bi pass six years ago. He is a diabetic. He had a stress test done a few months back and is heart is working at 42%. He had been having sharp pains in his heart and has been really week and sweeting. Hi sugar is in the twohundreds which is high but not over the too for him. He has a dr appointment with his cardoiologist tomorrow, he made it last week when his sypotoms we not as bad as yet are right now. So my question is what should I be expecting tomorrow?
