What Causes Sharp Pain In Left Eye And Weakness In Left Side Of Body?

I m a 49 year old female. I get sharp pain in my left eye only and then the left side of my body gets weak and a constant pain. This happens at least 1-2 times a month. I seen a neurologist that did a MRI but couldn t find anything. She said I had a small stroke but the Mri didn t support that. Could it be MS
