What Causes Sharp Pain In Left Ovary And Discomfort In Stomach?

i might be pregnant because i have a lot of the symptoms i have had before but im not sure if it could also just be an acid reflex problem that makes my stomach feel the way it does, it twitches all the time mostly on the left like my left ovary and i get sharp pains, some foods make my stomach uncomfortable now when they never did before… do you have any ideas? :/
