What Causes Sharp Pain In Lower Abdomen?

I was dancing around with the girls I nanny when all of a sudden I felt a sharp pop in my right lower abdomin. I ve got a bit of pain there now. Nothing unbearable. I have a history of ovarian cysts so I m wondering if maybe one popped? Should this be something to worry about or will this feeling just go away?
