What Causes Sharp Pain In My Head And Stiffness In Forearm?

Had a sharpish pain in my head on the RHS behind the ear and above , along with difficulty swallowing (I was trying to eat lunch), stiffness in left forearm with some loss of sensation and dizzyness. It only lasted around 1-2mins and I've never had it before. I am a very fit 49 yr old and have been having menopausal symptoms, hot flushes etc. Any ideas?
