What Causes Sharp Pain In Navel Radiating To The Testicle?

I was at work today bent down and twisted and I had a very sharp pain go from my belly button down to my right testicle. It was hurt when I walked but now my right testicle is still very sore. There isn t any pain any where else but my right testicle.
