What Causes Sharp Pain In Outer Labia And Vagina?

Hello i am 61 years old and I ve been having this sharp pain in the outer labia on my left side and is very painful and swollen and bothers me to walk and since I'm a diabetic I've started with another pain inside my vigina and when I pee towards the end of peeing I get a sharp pain and I can't sit down very uncomfortable and when I walk I walk like a duck .
