What Causes Sharp Pain In Pelvic Region Radiating To The Base Of Penis?

So yesterday I got up and had a bowel movement and everything seemed fine. Then later that day, about 8 hours later I had another bowel movement but this time I had sharp pain in the right side below my waist. Then I felt like it moved to the base of my penis. I m not sure if I pulled a muscle pushing too hard or what. Now a day later I still have the pain while trying to go, but it feels like I have some constipation. So far I ve taken some Tylenol to relieve the pain, but it s still there. I m not sure what to do so if anyone can help please do.
