What Causes Sharp Pain In Right Side And Centre Of Chest?

ive had an eating disorder since october. ive been suffering with sharp pains in my right side and the centre of my chest for 2 days but nothing major . i dont think im having a heart attack or anything. ive had a weird itchy feeling in my lungs which makes it hard to breathe. i exercise 12-15 hours a week but i know its not related. i havent smoked or drank since october and i find it hard to get my feet and hands warm
