What Causes Sharp Pain In Shoulder Blade And Armpit?

I am a 44 year old woman and have been experiencing menopause symptoms, but for the last 2 weeks I have been having very sharp pains in my left shoulder blade on my back on below my armpit any time I bend over. My blood pressure and heart rate has been higher then normal. I tried to talk to my doctor but she dismissed me. No explanation given. My pain level is getting much worse...to the point that I can t control my pain noises and now my family and co-workers are noticing. What do I do?
