What Causes Sharp Pain In Shoulder Blades Causing Difficulty In Breathing?

I have a sharp pain inside (almost in the center)my shoulder blades.Its less muscular, coz' when I move my arms or upper body and do any activities the pain is not affected.It's more like a catch.I have diffculty breathing when it gets extremely severe.Also find it difficult to raise myself off the bed..(upper body- vertically) when i have this pain.Could it be neuronal?
