What Causes Sharp Pain In Spine Post Childbirth?

I have 2 weeks and 6 days until I have my son and recently as I m sitting up or standing a sharp pain slowly rises up my spine and I would have to lay down until it goes away. And it takes maybe 30 minutes until it does and I feel my son move as if he s uncomfortable as well. Is that a sign of labor? And should I panic and go to the doctor?
