What Causes Sharp Pain In Stomach Along With Painful Spine?

every so often I ll get sharp pains in my stomach to where it hurts to move. What could it be? Another question, the middle of my spine hurts. It hurts most when I arch my back or push on it. I m a cheerleader and worried if I did something to my spine.
