What Causes Sharp Pain In Tailbone While Bending Over?

Very recently when I bend over (to the level it would require to put on shoes from standing) I get a sharp pain in my tailbone region. I am a dancer in college, I study late nights and often fall asleep on the couch. Is there something specific I may have done and can I fix it?
