What Causes Sharp Pain In Temple Post Bypass Surgery?

I am a heart patient that has had quadruple bipass surgery, and I have had a minor stroke before, I have been having sharp pain on the left side of my head in the temple area and my artery feels like it is pulsating. It is making me dizzy and very sharp pain. What could this be?
