What Causes Sharp Pain In The Abdomen?

Well lately I been having sharp pains in my stomach and den I get my period Bt it s mostly gone and my stomach hurts whenever I walk or stand up for to long I can t cough because it triggers da pain and when I press down on it it hurts once I lay down and rub it feels better
