What Causes Sharp Pain In The Breasts?

hi i have sharp pain in my both breast four about 5 month i went to doctor and he check me and say everything is good but my pain continiue an has very bad effect on my mind im depressed so much because i cant find the cause of the pain and i have very very bad mental situation
