What Causes Sharp Pain In The Upper Abdomen Upon Swallowing Food?

I have sharp pain in upper area of stomache after swallowing food or drink and seems food gets stuck going down I can still breath but hurts if I drink something it forces it down just started 2 to 3 weeks ago and at night bad heartburn to point of vomiting often bummer I have no money hope its nothing and will pass
