What Causes Sharp Pain Under The Ribs Radiating To The Back?

Hi, I am 27 year old lady, I have hashimiotos thyroiditis and have high blood pressure. Even since i lifted the wardrobe, it was quite heavy infact, i felt like blood rushing in my heart for a second and i felt ok after that the next mornign my back and neck started paining, i went to a ortho doctor and he gaveme medicines for muscle pull and after that all pain vanished and i also consulted a cardiolgist and he said i am fine, no test taken, i am taking amlovas 20 mg daily and continuing tat, but after 3 weeks i am having poking pain near my left ribs some times in my left arm and some times in my back. the pain is usually pokking. pls suggest me wat i should do. and i keep burping after taking meals and burning sensation in my chest middle.
