What Causes Sharp Pinching Feeling In Chest Area And Anxiety Disorder?

I have been getting this sharp pinching feeling, almost like a nerve is firing off in the center of my chest area, and it happens randomly throughout the day. I work in an office at a desk job so I am not doing anything strenuous, and I had my heart checked recently due to an anxiety disorder that I started taking lexapro for. I worry that it is some kind of warning sign of an impending health issue, even though I don t feel bad when it happens, I just feel the pinching briefly.
