What Causes Sharp Pressure In Head And Nose Bleeding?

Hi - I'm experiencing a sharp pressure in the back of my head accompanied by a light nose bleed. I feel pressure and hear a "gritty" sound when I move my head from side to side; also feel pressure in my right eye and cheek bone/nose area....sinus labs says sinuses are "normal"; scheduled to see an ENT in 2 weeks.
