What Causes Sharp Shooting Pain Below Right Ear?

I have sharp shooting pains that start blelow my right ear and travels to my crown making my hair hurt. I also have very slightly diminished feeling on the right side of my face and I have three lumps, one an inch directly below my right ear the next two are next to each other at the base of my skull two inches above and behind the first one. My entire right eye is sore. Wha could be going on?
