What Causes Sharp Shooting Pain Beside The Navel Post Partial Hysterectomy?

I had a partial hysterectomy on October 13, 2014 and for the last few weeks I have had severe pains on the right side, and off an on sharp electricity pains in the middle next to my bellybutton. I have my ovaries and not sure what this could be, but the pain will stop me in my tracks.
