What Causes Sharp Shooting Pain In Abdomen?

Yes I have been getting an electric like pain in my lower left abdomen for about 10 days or so the frequency is increasing from once or twice a day to multiple right in a row. I have recently had my period but it wasn't a constant heavy bleed like usual. It was then it took a day n half break and then heavy for another day. My husband has recently had a vasectomy within the last two years and I haven't had sexy all relations with anyone else.
