What Causes Sharp Shooting Pain In Legs?

I have pain in my legs its like sciati pain but along with that i have sharp shooting pains that go all the way to my toes im rapidly loosing muscl tissue and dont understand why i have pain somewhere 85% of the time arms legs stabing pains on rite side and in the overy area and i have felt very poorly for the past 3 months
