What Causes Sharp Stomach Pain After Inserting Implanon?

sharp pain in stomach after getting implanon incerted, ive always also had chest pains and shortness of breath and was put on an inhailer for anxiety i do dry swallowing and loose my breath i also am always not being able to take a deep deep breath. so since inplanon incertion ive had terrible abdominal pains and im not a wussy ive had a baby and am 17 so i can tolerate pain and this pain is very very bad. but im also worried about shortness of breath...colud it be a clot in my lungs?
