What Causes Shivering And Twitching Sensation In Neck After Smoking Weed?

I realized if I smoke weed, I shiver alot and my neck twitches tongue squeezes and it feels like I m cold and hot at the same time. This isn t my first time. I thought it s because I used Molly at first then smoked weed, but that wasn t the case when same thing happened when I didn t take molly. You have any idea what this may be?
