What Causes Shivering In Body Along With Tiredness?

Yesterday I did some spring cleaning, scrubbing down large shower and mopping floors and I can t get rested, also I felt shakey all over for a few hours afterwards. I am 65, do not exersize and may have done too much at one time. I slept well but today I m still exhausted. Should I be concerned ? THANK YOU, Linda
