What Causes Shivering In Chest With History Of A-fib And Atrial Flutter?

I have history of afib and atrial flutter, but is controlled with medicine, however I have been experiencing a shivering in my chest that lasts a few seconds any ideas why this would be happening? I also have a problem where I continually belch for half an hour, this is only occasionally. Thank you for any help you can give
