What Causes Shivering In Hands And Legs Along With Headaches?

Lately, I ve been constantly shaking. It s mostly occurring in my hands but often my legs and arms too. Also, I ve been really tired and I tend to get headaches at a constant time every day, usually in the evening. I m starting to think I have low blood sugar. I will drink a cup of juice or eat some fruit to increase blood sugar level but the shakiness doesn t seem to stop. I m 16 and a female.
