What Causes Shivering In Neck Along With Pain In Chest During Nights?

I have been waking up in the middle of the night with my neck vibrating and feeling very tense, I also have bruise like pain in my chest which I think maybe referred pain from my neck? I am getting over a magnesium deficiency at the moment and have suffered a lot of anxiety because of this ... Now I m wondering if I have some awful degenerative disease ..which in turn is making me more worried please help!!!? Thank you
