What Causes Shooting Pain Behind Eye, Jaw And Temple Post Rhinoplasty?

Hi everyone. I am experiencing very strong, shooting pain behind my right eye, in the jaw, temple and neck (generally right side of my head). I am a month after rhinoplasty and the pain started three weeks ago. Since then it wakes me up every morning (didn't happen maybe two or three times).
My surgeon says he has no idea what this may be. I had CT done and they haven't found anything. Similarly ENT and neurologist didn't find the reason for this pain.
I've been taking diclofenac and painkillers (including ketoprofen) for such a long time that I'm starting to get stomach aches... does anyone know what the reason of such pain might be?
