What Causes Shooting Pain From The Chest To Finger Tips?

I ve been to the emergency room 2 times since sept. And December with chest problems thinking a heart. Attack had all test done for heart trouble everything came back normal i have esophagus spasm I have pain in center of. Chest that runs down both arms and I get really scareds causes me. To panic could they be missing something in my test I Or does gerd cause thee systems please respond
