What Causes Shooting Pain In Lower Right Back?

After eating lunch today I started having a shooting pain in my lower right back area but I feel very gassy and bloated too, could this be anything other than just being gassy and bloated? should I be concerned for something other than that goin on? I am a 43 year female in good health, I am overweight but I do not have any health conditions.
