What Causes Shooting Pain In Neck Along With Blurred Vision?

Hi I am 44 yo female with hex of c5-c6 fusion t7-t8 herniation and L 3,4,5 bulges post MVA 2011. Have only been able to work on call post surgery due to pain. Getting shooting neck pain, wrist pain, leg and foot pain bilaterally. After the shooting neck pain getting double or blurry vision and tinnitus for 3-10 min. Get lightheaded if I look down to read at times and think I may have recently herniated a lumbar disc. Have numbness tingling intermittently and rare difficulty breathing where I only breathe shallow but force deep breaths. Have an osteophte post cervical fusion and wonder if that s it. Had a ruptured annulus and the doctor told me I should have been paralyzed. So thankful I wasn t though I have lost everything from pain; house, location, relationships, activities, lifestyle; was very active to practically bedridden it seems. Any suggestions?
